Returns
Due to the nature of health and dietary supplement products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Proof of purchase or order number is provided.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
Opened or used products.
Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.
Products returned after the specified return period.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request quickly, please provide:
Your order number.
Clear photos of the product and packaging.
A brief description of the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are:
Damaged during shipping.
Defective upon arrival.
Incorrectly supplied.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened dietary supplements.
Used products.
Promotional or clearance items.
Gift cards and digital products (if applicable).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received from us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
